Alisha Zullo, BSN, RN is the founder of Aesthetics by Alisha and a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of nursing experience dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and naturally beautiful aesthetic results.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University, Alisha began her career in Labor & Delivery and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, where she spent years caring for women and families during some of life’s most meaningful moments. That foundation instilled a deep commitment to compassion, precision, and personalized care, qualities that continue to define every patient experience today.
Driven by a passion for aesthetics, Alisha transitioned into cosmetic medicine, combining her extensive medical expertise with an artistic eye for facial balance and natural enhancement. Through advanced training and ongoing education alongside respected leaders in aesthetic medicine, she has developed a refined approach focused on achieving elegant, subtle, and confidence-enhancing results.
Alisha is known for her meticulous attention to detail, honest guidance, and individualized treatment plans. Taylor has worked alongside Alisha for over 9 years, becoming an integral part of the experience and growth of Aesthetics by Alisha. With a passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and patient care, Taylor is known for creating a warm, welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for.
Over the years, Taylor has developed extensive knowledge and experience within the aesthetic industry, working closely with patients throughout their treatment journeys and helping ensure each experience feels seamless, personalized, and luxurious from start to finish. She is a licensed phlebotomist, holds a New York State Tattoo and Body Piercing License, and is a certified ZO® Skin Health Expert. Taylor has also completed professional training and education with leading aesthetic companies including InMode, Cynosure, and Revance. She also participates in Galderma professional education and training alongside Alisha, further expanding her knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and the evolving industry.
Her eye for detail, strong patient relationships, creativity, and dedication to maintaining the elevated standard of the practice have made her a trusted and familiar face to so many patients. A graduate of the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, Dr. Shulman has built a respected career founded on exceptional patient care and medical leadership. He continues to serve as an Assistant Attending Physician within the Northwell Health System, bringing decades of expertise and trusted physician oversight to every aspect of our practice.
