Alisha Zullo

Founder

Alisha Zullo, BSN, RN is the founder of Aesthetics by Alisha and a Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of nursing experience dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and naturally beautiful aesthetic results.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University, Alisha began her career in Labor & Delivery and Maternal-Fetal Medicine, where she spent years caring for women and families during some of life’s most meaningful moments. That foundation instilled a deep commitment to compassion, precision, and personalized care, qualities that continue to define every patient experience today.

Driven by a passion for aesthetics, Alisha transitioned into cosmetic medicine, combining her extensive medical expertise with an artistic eye for facial balance and natural enhancement. Through advanced training and ongoing education alongside respected leaders in aesthetic medicine, she has developed a refined approach focused on achieving elegant, subtle, and confidence-enhancing results.

Alisha is known for her meticulous attention to detail, honest guidance, and individualized treatment plans. She believes aesthetic medicine should enhance each patient’s unique features rather than change them, creating refreshed, natural-looking results that help patients feel like the best version of themselves.

As the owner of Aesthetics by Alisha, she has built a boutique practice centered on safety, integrity, and clinical excellence. Every treatment is thoughtfully customized, allowing patients to enjoy a luxury experience where they feel genuinely heard, cared for, and confident in their results.

Outside of her practice, Alisha enjoys spending time with her son, especially supporting him on the baseball field. She values the balance between family, wellness, and helping others look and feel their best.

For Alisha, aesthetic medicine is about more than appearance. It is about restoring confidence, empowering others, and helping every patient leave feeling refreshed, radiant, and authentically themselves.

Taylor
Office Manager

Taylor has worked alongside Alisha for over 9 years, becoming an integral part of the experience and growth of Aesthetics by Alisha. With a passion for aesthetics, beauty, wellness, and patient care, Taylor is known for creating a warm, welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for.

Over the years, Taylor has developed extensive knowledge and experience within the aesthetic industry, working closely with patients throughout their treatment journeys and helping ensure each experience feels seamless, personalized, and luxurious from start to finish. She is a licensed phlebotomist, holds a New York State Tattoo and Body Piercing License, and is a certified ZO® Skin Health Expert. Taylor has also completed professional training and education with leading aesthetic companies including InMode, Cynosure, and Revance. She also participates in Galderma professional education and training alongside Alisha, further expanding her knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and the evolving industry.

Her eye for detail, strong patient relationships, creativity, and dedication to maintaining the elevated standard of the practice have made her a trusted and familiar face to so many patients. Taylor’s passion lies in helping others feel confident, beautiful, and empowered while contributing to the thoughtful, luxury experience that defines Aesthetics by Alisha.

Outside of the practice, Taylor’s favorite role is being a boy mom. Her caring nature, commitment to excellence, and genuine love for both her family and her work continue to play a major role in the heart of the brand.

Bruce S. Shulman, MD

Medical Director

With more than 40 years of distinguished medical experience, Dr. Bruce S. Shulman serves as the Medical Director of Aesthetics by Alisha, providing expert medical oversight and upholding the highest standards of patient safety, clinical excellence, and ethical care.

A graduate of the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, Dr. Shulman has built a respected career founded on exceptional patient care and medical leadership. He continues to serve as an Assistant Attending Physician within the Northwell Health System, bringing decades of expertise and trusted physician oversight to every aspect of our practice.

Dr. Shulman’s commitment to excellence ensures that every treatment at Aesthetics by Alisha is supported by experienced physician oversight, allowing our patients to feel confident knowing their care is guided by integrity, precision, and an unwavering dedication to safety.
